I strongly believe that if we continue moving our bodies well then we can set ourselves up for a better future. As a trained dancer, I found an extended passion for finding new ways to move and strengthen my body whilst heavily focussed on technique.
I am so inspired to see clients working hard and not giving up, it makes me want to work even harder for them. I will never get tired of helping people to become stronger and healthier!'

Steven has worked in the Boxing and Fitness industry for 25 years. He loves teaching the art of boxing and helping people on their journey from throwing their first jab to competing in the ring. He has coached hundreds of clients from competing fighters to absolute beginners with no ambitions of fighting.
Steven combines his boxing coaching with fitness and resistance training to help build a strong and powerful body. He is skilled at designing sessions that are perfect for your current skillset and fitness level. Having grown up in Scotland playing a wide variety of sports, including competing in National Leagues for both badminton and rugby, Calum has spent most of his life keeping active.
Originally introduced to the gym through rugby training, Calum’s passion for a healthy lifestyle has evolved to focus on well-rounded, functional fitness. His approach extends beyond traditional weightlifting ensuring the whole body is considered, something he both practices and incorporates into his coaching. As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and CrossFit instructor, Calum designs each session with the goal of ensuring you feel challenged, have fun and walk away having learnt something new.
Calum believes the gym should be a welcoming space for everyone, regardless of ability or experience. His goal is to create an inclusive, enjoyable environment where everyone feels confident and motivated to achieve their goals.

Kirsty has over 10 years of experience within the fitness industry training both 1:1 and group classes. Kirsty’s expertise in programming and coaching lie in fat loss, functional training, bodybuilding and Pre & Post Natal. She is passionate about designing programs to support unique goals, passions, and personalities.
Kirsty is a very enthusiastic and personable coach, motivating and encouraging clients to their limits. Kirsty’s passion for seeing others develop, improve their self-esteem and ultimately achieve their goals can easily be seen in her client interactions.

Pilates
Yasemin is an experienced instructor with 12 years as a Balanced Body Pilates teacher, NPI certified Posture Corrector and PT who focuses on strength, balance, flexibility and good posture.
She has also given several workshops on the importance of a good posture on physical and mental health. She helps people with back, neck, knee, should problems; as well as guiding them in their journey to lose or gain weight, become more flexible and correct their posture.
She is also great fun to work with and very friendly!

Fabian
Soft Tissue Therapy
Fabian specialises in joint mobility and massage, with extensive experience treating athletes that demand strong and flexible joints. Fabian works with clients across a wide range of disciplines, including CrossFit, yoga and professional Rugby League. With a mantra of “movement is medicine, bodywork is maintenance,” his goal is to teach people to take care of their own bodies long term.
Fabian is qualified in Dry Needling as well as myofascial cupping, Rock Tape & Rock Blades (IASTM), which provide useful adjuncts to manual therapy. He is also a certified RYT200hr Yoga Teacher, a Level 1 CrossFit Coach, a Ready State Mobility Coach, and is currently studying towards a nutrition certification.
