I want to help people get strong, gain confidence and feel good.Movement should be a regular part of our lifestyles and I want to help people feel the benefits of moving well and in ways they enjoy.

I strongly believe that if we continue moving our bodies well then we can set ourselves up for a better future. As a trained dancer, I found an extended passion for finding new ways to move and strengthen my body whilst heavily focussed on technique.

I am so inspired to see clients working hard and not giving up, it makes me want to work even harder for them. I will never get tired of helping people to become stronger and healthier!'

Steven has worked in the Boxing and Fitness industry for 25 years. He loves teaching the art of boxing and helping people on their journey from throwing their first jab to competing in the ring. He has coached hundreds of clients from competing fighters to absolute beginners with no ambitions of fighting.

Steven combines his boxing coaching with fitness and resistance training to help build a strong and powerful body. He is skilled at designing sessions that are perfect for your current skillset and fitness level.

'My name is Edit and I am a qualified vinyasa yoga instructor. As well as having experience with teaching in yoga studios, I teach community, private and corporate classes.

In my sessions, I like to make sure that everyone comes away having their core, glutes, and arms strengthened. I focus on posture-strengthening exercises to help solve problems with back pain and other issues due to long hours spent seated, hunched over desks. I use stretching and strengthening poses and movements, based on yoga and pilates sequences. 

I like to see what the client needs regarding their mobility and I also pay close attention to their mental needs, I find it really important that we give a break to our heads and minds daily with various breathing exercises and mindfulness.'

Pilates

Yasemin is an experienced instructor with 12 years as a Balanced Body Pilates teacher, NPI certified Posture Corrector and PT who focuses on strength, balance, flexibility and good posture.

She has also given several workshops on the importance of a good posture on physical and mental health. She helps people with back, neck, knee, should problems; as well as guiding them in their journey to lose or gain weight, become more flexible and correct their posture.

She is also great fun to work with and very friendly!
