Kirsty is a very enthusiastic and personable coach, motivating and encouraging clients to their limits. Kirsty’s passion for seeing others develop, improve their self-esteem and ultimately achieve their goals can easily be seen in how she interacts with clients.

With a background in corporate digital marketing, Mark understands the challenges of an intense work environment and how it can affect one's ability to form healthy habits. He specialises in making the journey to improved well-being accessible, secure, and enjoyable.

Whether it's a nutrition plan for safe weight loss, a Pilates session that strengthens the core, or a dynamic yoga class for flexibility and balance (or a combination of all three), Mark's coaching is straightforward, interconnected and empowering.

Experiencing the life-changing affects of exercise on her mental and physical health Edit has vowed to share her experience with as many people as she can.

After one and a half years of post-natal depression, she started doing yoga one pose at a time, one mindful breath at a time. She recovered and began her new fitness journey: became a trained yoga instructor and recently qualified as a Level 3 mat Pilates instructor.

She now also enjoys running, cycling and swimming and passionate about encouraging others to move their bodies. In her sessions she focuses on the core, on strength, on flexibility and mobility, always with a smile on her face.

Yasemin

Pilates

Yasemin is an experienced instructor with 12 years as a Balanced Body Pilates teacher, NPI certified Posture Corrector and PT who focuses on strength, balance, flexibility and good posture.

She has also given several workshops on the importance of a good posture on physical and mental health. She helps people with back, neck, knee, should problems; as well as guiding them in their journey to lose or gain weight, become more flexible and correct their posture.

She is also great fun to work with and very friendly!
