As a Northcliffe customer, you have free access to fitness classes in our Gym. That Day offer weekly HIIT, Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga classes. To book these, scroll down to the schedule below and create your login!

Before you can access and use the gym, you must have signed our WAIVER. Once you have done this, head to the security office and they will activate your card.

Julie
Strength & Fitness
Julie is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing, both physically and mentally. A big fan of weightlifting, she prioritises progressive strength training through 1-2-1 coaching and group classes, ensuring a balance of strength and fitness to help clients move well and feel energised.
Beyond physical training, Julie helps transform the way clients think and feel about their health, understanding why it's so important and encouraging them to make it as much of a priority as other ‘routine’ tasks in life. Julie also offers nutritional guidance, encouraging balanced, non-restrictive food choices for long-term success.
Working with individuals of all fitness levels, Julie tailors training programs to each client’s goals and needs. She believes the journey should be fun, fulfilling, and educational, ensuring clients understand and engage with their programs as they progress.

Calum
Strength & Fitness
Having grown up in Scotland playing a wide variety of sports, including competing in National Leagues for both badminton and rugby, Calum has spent most of his life keeping active.
Originally introduced to the gym through rugby training, Calum’s passion for a healthy lifestyle has evolved to focus on well-rounded, functional fitness. His approach extends beyond traditional weightlifting ensuring the whole body is considered, something he both practices and incorporates into his coaching. As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and CrossFit instructor, Calum designs each session with the goal of ensuring you feel challenged, have fun and walk away having learnt something new.
Calum believes the gym should be a welcoming space for everyone, regardless of ability or experience. His goal is to create an inclusive, enjoyable environment where everyone feels confident and motivated to achieve their goals.

Oxana's professional journey began with Ashtanga Vinyasa training in London and continued with advanced studies in Yoga and Ayurveda in India. As a senior yoga teacher, she brings a thoughtful approach that blends movement and mindfulness to support physical and mental well-being.
