COMPLIMENTARY WEBINAR

ARE WE GETTING RESILIENCE WRONG?

JOIN US AS WE DEEP DIVE ON THURSDAY 17TH NOVEMBER AT 2PM

That Day are excited to announce the second session in our deep dive panel discussion will focus on the thought-provoking subject of resilience and connectivity around mental health..

More specifically, why resilience is a collective responsibility rather than just an individual one, connectivity and the importance of connecting for our mental health and the effect of hybrid working on our mental health.

Questions and points we aim to cover are:

  • Why our definitions of resilience and what it means to be resilient these days aren't quite right
  • Why connection is so important for our mental health
  • How teams and businesses can become more connected in a hybrid working world
  • Tools and advice to create more support for mental health for your team members working primarily remotely.

Our speakers, Jonny Say and Hannah-Jayne Smith, will also talk about the various strategies they have expertise in when it comes to dealing with mental health challenges - such as writing for mental health, mindfulness and, of course, therapeutic talking and discussion.

We would love it if you could join us for this meaningful discussion, please register to confirm your place at the links below.
