CORPORATE THERAPY & COACHING
On-demand employee counselling and coaching service, to support your team’s mental wellbeing and to inspire growth, personally and professionally
WHAT CAN WE DO?
THERAPY vs COACHING
When to engage a Therapist?
Therapy aims to address psychological issues, emotional distress, and mental health concerns. It often involves exploring past experiences, traumas, and deep-rooted emotions to promote healing and personal growth. Therapy sessions can also be future focussed, helping you identify personal aims and provide support on the way to reaching them.
Therapy is provided by licensed therapists or counsellors and utilises evidence-based techniques to help people better manage their mental health and emotions.
When to engage a Coach?
Coaching, on the other hand, is a goal-oriented approach focused on enhancing performance, developing skills, and achieving specific objectives. Coaches provide support, guidance, and accountability to help individuals identify strengths, set actionable goals, create strategies, and overcome obstacles.
Coaching is commonly sought by individuals who desire improvement in specific areas of their lives.

WHY INVEST IN CORPORATE COUNSELLING...
Investing in corporate fitness classes in London is a smart move for any business looking to boost employee wellness and productivity. But how do you measure the return on investment (ROI) of these programs? Let's dive into the numbers and see why investing in corporate fitness is a no-brainer!
1 - Happy employees make happy customers. Happy customers keep the business running smoothly so by investing in corporate therapy for employees, companies can create a culture of mental wellness that supports and empowers their staff to do their best work.
2 - Better day to day interactions amongst employees. It's also worth noting that therapy isn't just for individuals with mental health conditions. Everyone can benefit from talking to a professional about their stress, anxieties, and everyday struggles. When employees have access to therapy, they're able to better manage their emotions and handle difficult situations with ease. This, in turn, leads to better decision-making, improved teamwork, and a more positive work environment overall.
3 - Corporate counselling sends a positive message to staff. Offering corporate therapy as an employee benefit sends a powerful message to your team: that you care about their well-being and are committed to helping them succeed both personally and professionally. This can boost morale, loyalty, and retention rates, as well as attract top talent who value mental health support.
So, if you want to take your business to the next level, consider investing in corporate counselling. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it's also a smart business move that can pay off in more ways than one.
So, there you have it - investing in corporate therapy is a win-win for both your employees and your bottom line!
