Although we often separate mental and physical health, it is widely agreed that you can’t have one without the other. We design employee wellbeing programs that benefit both.

Humans can perform the most varied number of movements in the entire animal kingdom!

The majority of our nervous system is dedicated to movement. We are literally hard wired to MOVE!

30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise releases a protein called Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF), which is like fertiliser for the brain, increasing our ability to take on and retain new information, and has been shown to relieve anxiety and depression!

However, it’s not just about being fit, strong or stretchy, it’s about connection, it’s about community, it’s about challenging yourself, and it’s about fun.

Our team of fitness, yoga, pilates and martial arts coaches create employee wellbeing programs designed to inject energy into your working day. Perhaps that is calming and recharging energy through a Hatha yoga or pilates class, or invigorating and motivating energy through a HIIT or boxing class, there is something for everyone.
